Kinesiology is a technique that allows us to explore our inner world. It uses muscle testing as a form of biofeedback. The practitioner applies light physical pressure to a specific muscle, based on the muscle’s energetic response (degree of resistance or lack thereof) to this pressure, both the practitioner and the person being tested gain access to the information being sought.
By establishing a kind of dialogue with one’s own body awareness, it becomes possible to identify various blockages related to a specific situation and understand their nature, whether physical, emotional or psychological. It also helps uncover the root cause of stress or discomfort.
Using various corrective techniques, the practitioner supports the person in this exploration, helping them to find their own inner resources and strengths in order to best guide and correct the aspects necessary to pursue their life path and well-being, and try to restore more harmonious communication between body and mind.
I was trained in Brazil by the IBBM (Instituto Brasileiro de Balanceamento Muscular®), and I have been practicing this technique since 2014. I later expanded my training with “Touch for Health” through the EKMA training institute in France, and with PSYCH-K through the PSYCH-K International Centre.
Originally from France, I speak French and Portuguese. I am looking for English speakers who might benefit from this type of support and who would also be open to helping me practice and learn English. Session duration: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sessions can take place at your home or in a location that suits you best. I travel between Portimão and Albufeira, and occasionally to Lagos. For other locations, please contact me so we can find the best arrangement
I work with people of all backgrounds, except in cases of serious or severe medical conditions.
